What wireless carriers do you offer updating for?

We are currently supporting updates for 15 wireless carriers:

Alltel, AT&T, Boost Unlimited, Cricket, Metro PCS, Page Plus, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon Wireless and Virgin Mobile (Unlimited), Simple Mobile, Jolt Mobile, AirVoice, and H20 Wireless.

In addition to these major carriers, we now offer dealers that are affiliated with other carriers and/or products to promote them with their logos on your website. Although we do not provide updating or plan information for these companies, you can display their logo along with your wireless carriers logos. Of course, you may use your "Welcome" section on your home page and your "About Us" page to feature any information you would like.

Can I offer cellular accessories on my website?

Absolutely! That's what our new accessory store and e-commerce option is all about. You'll have an online store with full shopping cart loaded with thousands of accessories for your customers to shop -- none of which you have to stock in your store. It's the perfect way to sell because you don't stock and you don't ship-- yet you still make high profit (that you control) on everything sold. Transactions happen just like in your store. You sell at retail, and you buy at wholesale. With our accessory store you can also add your own products for sale as well.

How does the prize giveaway work?

BaZoing! offers a new contest every month and a new prize will be supplied by us each month. The prizewinner will be randomly selected once a month amongst all of our BaZoing! dealers. Upon winning the drawing, both the customer and the storeowner or contact on record will be notified and BaZoing! will handle prize fulfillment as well.

How does the mailing list feature work?

A good e-mail list is crucial to online success. The best list includes people already interested in wireless services – people who visit your site. We make it easy for them to add on to your list. In the BaZoing! administration area you'll have access to export all the e-mail addresses and do your own mailing, or our marketing team can handle it for you for an additional fee. Customers that enter the monthly contest with their e-mail address will also be given the option to be included in the e-mail list. We also provide an "unsubscribe" option, and all mailings sent by BaZoing! comply with the CAN-SPAM act of 2003.

How can I pay for my service? Do you accept co-op payments?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. You will be billed the initial setup fee plus your first month of service after your free trial period expires. Each additional month that your service remains active you will be charged the monthly fee directly to your credit card. Please note your credit card statement will show charges from Skyhound Internet. An annual plan is also available and includes 1 month of free service if pre-paid in advance.

Are there any other charges?

No! Although there are additional enhancements you can order from us like custom designing a BaZoing! template or sending out e-mails to your mailing list, all of the standard services are included in your monthly cost and one-time setup fee. This includes all of your website hosting and e-mail services, wireless accessory store and online top up prepaid module. One low price for all these great services.

How much control do I have over my own content on my website?

Once you choose a BaZoing! template that meets your needs, you'll be able to update your new website easily. You can edit almost any page of your website including home, about us, contact us, phones, plans, wireless news, etc. The following customization options are available:

1. Your company Logo
2. Information about your company on the website home page
3. More detailed information about your company on the About Us page
4. Links to your Facebook and Twitter Accounts
5. Your list of locations, including exterior photos, hours, addresses and phone numbers, on the Locations page
6. What phones or rate plans display on your website
7. What type of pricing information (if any) displays on phone listings, with the ability to override carrier pricing with your own.
8. Additional pages of information at your discretion. We allow you to create your own pages and link them from your home page so you can add new pages within your BaZoing! template for specials, new products, other services you offer, or even hidden pages for employees only.
9. Content control on virtually any page of your site. You can now add and delete content from nearly any page of your BaZoing! site.

You'll also have control over the wireless carriers your website will display, plus special options such as participating in the monthly contest or participation in the homepage news and information feature.

Do I need a domain name to use BaZoing!?

Without a domain name, you'll be assigned a web address at bazoing.com, like http://www.bazoing.com/_yourstore. We highly recommend that you use your own domain name however. The annual cost to register the domain name is included in your BaZoing! setup fee, and we will handle the registration and set-up for you. We also pay your annual domain registration as long as you are a member of BaZoing! For us to pay this fee for you after the first year, you must have your account transferred to our domain account, although the domain name remains in your name at all times.

No, in order for the BaZoing! updating service to work properly, we need to host your website.

I already have a website.  How can I switch it to the BaZoing service?

You can leave your current website behind and start fresh with a new BaZoing! website template, or our team of designers and programmers can customize your existing website to add the BaZoing! features. There is an additional charge for this service, and this is done by quotation, based on your current site.

Are there any term agreements, or can I just try your service for one month?

You can try it for just 5 days with our free trial. We don't believe in locking you into a term agreement. You can cancel at any time. Please keep in mind that we do not pro-rate our services for refunds, so if you cancel, the service will stay active until your next monthly billing date.

Do I have to know HTML to make changes to the content on my site?

No! We use a simple WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) style editor like Microsoft Word so you can simply type in your text, apply different font characteristics like bold or italics, insert links, etc., all with just a few clicks of the mouse. No special computer knowledge is required. It couldn't be easier.

What if I don't want to add my own content myself? Can you help me set up my site?

Yes. Your setup fee covers server setup and domain name transfers. However, if you'd rather have us upload your logo, add your locations for you, and write and add your "About Us" and "Home Page" text, we can setup your website so that it will be ready to use right away. The additional charge for this extended setup is $100, bringing your setup fee to $200, however for a limited time this is included in your standard setup fee.

What is the News and Information service?

The news and Information section of your website is a powerful area in which our staff writers provide your customers with up-to-date information on the wireless industry. We include stories such as new phone releases, wireless industry news, laws and regulations affecting your customers, as well as news and press releases from your wireless carriers. This section is also a great resource for your sales staff, keeping them up to date with your carriers latest offerings. You will have the ability to opt out of specific news items if you choose. Of course, your website will only show relevant stories to your stores' wireless carriers, and only in a positive light. In other words, if T-Mobile wins the JD Power and associate award for customer service, this story would never show up on a BaZoing! dealer's website that sells only Verizon and Sprint.

How many template choices do you have?

We have several unique designs online already, with more to come. Each design comes with multiple color options, and multiple header graphics as well allowing for dozens of combinations. We are going to be adding new templates often, including holiday themed templates. You can change templates at any time using your administration area at no additional charge. This is a great way to easily give your website a fresh new look. Our newest project is adding carrier-looking templates that will match the colors and styles of our various wireless carrier partners. Look for these to be online soon along with new templates focusing on unlimited pre-paid carriers.

How will I be notified when someone wants to buy something from my website?

When your potential customers are on your website they can look through phones and plans for your wireless carriers. With our simple "Get This Phone" and/or "Get this plan" buttons, your customers will fill out a simple contact form that will alert you through either e-mail or SMS text message of their desire to purchase. The customer receives a print-out of their request to take into your store. All you have to do is contact them at the number or e-mail they provided to close the sale. It's that easy! Unfortunately, carrier agreements generally prohbit independent wireless dealers from "activating" online. We are working on this restriction, and hope to be able to offer a solution to this in the future.

Dealers that have unlimited wireless carriers offered in their store have additional options. These dealers are able to sell their phones and plans online through a simple form and Paypal 'Buy Now' button. Please check with your wireless carrier agreement before activating our online purchasing module.

If you add our wireless accessory store option, whenever an order is placed you will be notified via e-mail that an order was placed at your store. In addition to this e-mail, full order details are always available in your e-commerce store management control panel.

What web hosting services are included with my monthly fee?

Your monthly fee includes all web hosting services including standard web hosting, up to 50 E-mail accounts, E-mail forwarding and auto responders, webmail access, website statistics and more. Your domain name registration fee is also included as long as you are a current paid member of the BaZoing! service. For us to pay this fee for you after the first year, you must have your account transferred to our domain account, although the domain name remains in your name at all times.

Can I get a custom design to be used with the BaZoing features?

Yes! If you prefer, you can be a bit more creative without losing any of the benefits of the BaZoing! service. Our design and programming team can create for you the perfect website design for you through our partnership with Skyhound Internet. My carrier or master agent says I can't sell online. Does that mean I can't use BaZoing!?

Some carriers or master agents prohibit authorized dealers from activating online. This is different than marketing your products or services online. Since activations do not actually occur online with BaZoing! websites, you should not be in violation of your agreement. As we are not familiar with all carrier or master agent agreements, we recommend that you consult your agreement or your attorney if you have questions about your specific legal requirements.

Our online accessory store allows you to earn revenue by selling accessories online, which does not violate any carrier agreements.

How do I cancel my service?

Submit your cancellation request on our contact page or call us at 562-308-1483 during business hours. Please note that we do not accept cancellations via email alone and your must cancel within 2 business days BEFORE your next recurring charge for the cancellation to be confirmed. Keep in mind that your service will continue to operate until your billing period expires.

To cancel a trial service, use the Cancel Trial Membership link on your User Home page, available right when you login. You may also call 562-308-1483.

Please note that once your cancellation is processed your website will no longer be available or accessible to you or your customers. All content on the site will be lost. You will have a limited time to reactivate your account and save your existing website.
